​The relationship between Discolife and its stakeholders (customers, suppliers, …) is very important. Good cooperation can only be established on the basis of good faith. That is why we are very careful with everyone's personal data. In this statement we explain how we handle the personal data that we obtain in our contact with you.

​What data do we collect?

​Some data arising from one or more visits to our website(s) are permanently stored in Google Analytics, but anonymously. The data can therefore never be traced back to a person or organisation.

​We collect all requests sent via our contact form on the website via. These requests end up in our highly secured mailbox and are not collected further on the website.

​We only share your personal data with your permission, when it is necessary to provide you with our services or if this is required by law. If it is necessary for Discolife to transfer your personal data to third parties, this third party is obliged to use your personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Statement. Information provided to Discolife by the stakeholder will never be passed on to third parties. However, there are some exceptions to this rule:

• When a court order has been issued to provide information or in the context of an investigation into suspected or actual fraudulent and illegal activities.
• For our accounting, your data will be stored with our accountant. This data is only kept and used for drawing up accounts in accordance with Belgian law.
  

​In all other cases, Discolife will not sell, rent or pass on your personal data to third parties.

​How long do we keep this personal data?

​We will retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services (as described in the Privacy Statement under 'Use of personal information' or for other essential purposes, such as to comply with our legal obligations (as described in the Privacy Statement under 'Disclosure To third parties'. The data will be deleted 5 years after the end of any cooperation or after the last contact between us, except in the event of an ongoing dispute or if required by law (e.g. for accounting)

​Discolife undertakes to take reasonable technological and organizational precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data, as well as loss, misuse or alteration of your personal data.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

 ​Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent.
